Limited Warranty:

We also provide a limited warranty to protect your investment in our HELLmet flashlight and mount. Please review the following terms and conditions:

Warranty Period:HELLmet Company offers a warranty period of 24 months from the date of purchase for its flashlight and mount. This warranty applies to the HELLmet Flashlight and Mount designed for use with Phenix first due firefighter helmets.

Warranty Coverage:HELLmet Company warrants its flashlight and mount against defects in material or workmanship during the specified warranty period. If a covered defect is identified, HELLmet Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace the item at no charge.

Exclusions and Limitations:

Exclusions:This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, failure to follow instructions, product modification, ordinary wear and tear, or negligent or improper operation. Additionally, it does not apply to damages incurred in concrete training towers or flashover chambers where the products could sustain high temperatures for extended periods of time.

Excluded Damages:Damage caused by over-voltage, incorrect polarity from product power supplies, incorrect MAINS voltage, or the use of aftermarket chargers is excluded from coverage. Modification, repair, or attempted repair by anyone other than HELLmet Company or without written permission will void this warranty.

Limitation of Liability:HELLmet Company's liability under any legal theory, including breach of warranty, is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. The company shall not be liable for any special, consequential, incidental, indirect, punitive, or exemplary damages. HELLmet Company is not responsible for unauthorized access, alteration, deletion, destruction, damage, loss, or failure to record or store any content or data.

Please note that HELLmet Company reserves the right to modify or adjust the terms of this customer guarantee and limited warranty at its discretion.
